Terma displays airborne security capabilities at Singapore Airshow
Aarhus, Denmark and Singapore, 7 February 2020 - Terma will be displaying a number of high in-demand Electronic Warfare products at this year's Singapore Airshow.
At the event we will present a wide range of proven aircraft self-protection solutions, including our F-16 Pylon Integrated Dispensing System (PIDS+) with IR/UV Missile Warning sensors, and our F-16 Electronic Combat Integrated Pylon System (ECIPS) with a Compact Jamming System (CJS). We will also showcase Terma’s Modular Aircraft Survivability Equipment (MASE) pod, designed for light attack and rotary-wing platforms.
Recently Terma was awarded a major contract from The NATO Support and Procurement Agency for its customer U.S. Air National Guard and the F-16 System Program Office. The contract comprises Pylon Integrated Dispensing System Universal (PIDSU), EW core pylons with provisions for future Missile Warning System installation, and Flare-Up kits.
The Electronic Warfare Management System ALQ-213, fielded on more than 2,500 platforms worldwide, is baseline on a number of combat-ready Asia Pacific F-16s, transport, and special mission aircraft, providing significantly improved survivability against highly sophisticated threats.
“Singapore Airshow is an excellent opportunity for Terma to demonstrate our pylon based aircraft self-protection solutions and our renowned 3D-Audio and Active Noise Reduction technology for Air Forces in the Asia Pacific region – an extremely important region for Terma, says Vice President & General Manager Anupam Narain Mathur, Terma Asia Pacific, "Through our Singaporean office, we are working closely with customers and partners in the region to help meet their defense and security needs within airborne as well as naval platforms."

We are looking forward to welcoming partners, customers and guests at our booth #N93 at Asia’s Largest Aerospace and Defense event 11-16 February 2020 at Changi Exhibition Centre, Singapore.
